As a Senior Platform Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing, maintaining, and continuously improving our engineering platform. Your focus is not only on infrastructure, but also on creating a smooth, secure, and efficient development experience for your colleagues.
Your responsibilities include:
- Designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, including reusable workflows, release automation, and managed runners.
- Maintaining and gradually migrating existing Azure DevOps pipelines to GitHub where appropriate.
- Designing, deploying, and managing Azure cloud infrastructure, including Container Apps, networking, identity management, Key Vault, and supporting cloud services.
- Developing and maintaining Infrastructure as Code using Bicep and/or Terraform.
- Creating reusable templates, pipeline blueprints, and platform components that enable development teams to deliver software efficiently.
- Managing GitHub at an organizational level, including repository governance, branch protection, environments, secrets, access control, and required checks.
- Implementing logging, monitoring, and distributed tracing to ensure platform reliability and observability.
- Continuously improving security, compliance, and operational reliability, including ISO 27001 compliance, secrets management, and supply chain security.
- Automating repetitive tasks to improve developer productivity and reduce operational overhead.
- Leading incident response for platform-related issues and driving continuous improvements based on post-incident reviews.
