As a Business Analyst at Salta Group, you will contribute to our mission “lifelong learning for everyone”. You will analyze and document business requirements and translate them into IT-focused solutions.
You will work closely with colleagues at the heart of the organization to gather their requirements and translate them into user stories for development teams. Together with the organization, you will create processes and software solutions that support our broad ambitions.
Some examples of your responsibilities include:
- Requirement management: Collecting and analyzing functional and technical requirements for new IT projects and translate these to process designs and acceptance criteria.
- Process and system analysis: Investigating and evaluating existing business processes and/or existing software applications to identify inefficiencies, define improvement opportunities and formulate recommendations for optimization.
- Designing new process flows and formulating recommendations for optimization to our organization.
- Writing user stories and test cases to ensure a healthy backlog, to validate the delivered acceptance criteria and support the operational use of new functionality in the organization.
- Stakeholder management: Bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
