Product Owner IT

• A full-time role with a working week of 32 to 40 hours.
• A gross monthly salary between € 4,300 and € 5,300.
• Hybrid working based on a 50% principle, with 2 to 3 days in the office and 2 to 3 days at home. You receive a working-from-home budget and allowance.
• 25 vacation days, with the option to buy additional days.
• A centrally located workplace in Hilversum with a company restaurant.

• have a bachelor's (HBO) level of working and thinking, with 3 to 7 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a comparable role.
• are a strong analytical thinker with proven stakeholder management skills.
• have experience functionally leading teams in an IT environment.
• have an affinity with websites, digital platforms, and marketing.
• combine strategic insight with decisiveness and a helicopter view.
• quickly grasp a wide range of topics and initiatives.
• are an advocate of agile working and continuous improvement.
• are preferably PSPO or PSPO-A certified, where certifications such as PAL-E, SAFe, or Agile-related certifications are a strong plus.
• have an excellent understanding of English, both written and spoken. understanding of Dutch is a plus.
• reside in the Netherlands and have permanent residency and unrestricted authorization to work in the Netherlands.
