Your impact
As a Developer, you'll play a key role in designing and building the technology that powers some of the Netherlands' largest learning platforms.

You'll work on a modern cloud-based platform landscape, helping us evolve from traditional applications towards scalable, service-oriented solutions. Beyond writing code, you'll help drive technical excellence, influence architectural decisions, and contribute to the future direction of our engineering capabilities.

What you’ll be working on

Design, build, and maintain scalable (.NET) applications and services.
Develop cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure.
Create and enhance APIs and microservices within our distributed platform landscape.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and engineers.
Drive improvements in performance, security, reliability, and maintainability.
Contribute to architecture discussions and technology choices.
Coach and support fellow developers by sharing knowledge and best practices.
Work with both in-house and external development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Help shape engineering standards, tooling, and ways of working.

Lifelong learning is what we stand for and we want the same for you! You can take courses and training programs free of charge from Salta Group’s wide range of offerings, including NCOI, LOI, and Boertien Vergouwen Overduin. You will receive six study days per year for this purpose.

In addition, you can expect:

A part-time or full-time position (32–40 hours per week);
A gross monthly salary between €4000 and €5500 based on 40 hours;
Hybrid working, including a home office budget;
25 vacation days (based on full-time), with the option to extend;
A centrally located workplace in Hilversum with a company restaurant;

3+ years of experience as a (.NET) Developer.
Strong experience with C# and .NET development.
Experience developing APIs, services, and cloud-native applications.
Knowledge of Azure and modern software architecture principles.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
A quality-driven mindset with attention to maintainability, security, and performance.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
Fluency in English.
Living in the Netherlands.
